FAQ


 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
If you shopped from our Ready To Ship range, your order will be shipped that day if ordered before 12.30pm GMT or the following business day. If you ordered one of our made to order items or a custom, these will be dispatched within 3 – 4 weeks from placing the order. 

If you ordered from both our ready to ship and made to order, your order will be shipped within the made to order time frame of 3 – 4 weeks. 

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you ordered from our ready to ship items and your item has not been dispatched, you can cancel your order up to 24hrs within placing your order. If you ordered from our made to order items or a custom, you can cancel your order up to 24hrs after placing your order. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Unfortunately, as we are a small business, you are unable to make any returns. Please bare with us as this is something we would like to offer in the not-so-distant future! 

 

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
Ready to ship and Made to order
If your garment doesn’t fit correctly we will be more than happy to exchange it for a different size. We ask that the garment has retained all the tags and remains in a brand new condition IE not worn and you have emailed us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will not cover the postage for exchanges so please bear this in mind when purchasing your garment(s). For hygiene purposes, we do not exchange bodysuits or bikini bottoms. Please add a note with your exchange including your order number and the size you wish to change this too (including any size measurements if possible).

Custom Orders:
We do not offer exchanges on any custom orders.  

 

DO WE HAVE TO PAY IMPORT, DUTIES, TAX AND CUSTOM FEES?
We are not responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs fees. 

 

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY OR INCORRECT?
Please message us on instagram @sassypantsthelabel or fill out the submission form on the website. Please attach any images if relevant. Our team will be happy to help  

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TOO?
We ship globally to every country with DHL express and global mail. Please see our rates and info here. 

You will receive tracking from DHL when your order has been dispatched where you can follow the whereabouts of your shipment.
