Your order will be dispatched within 15 business days. If this time frame has passed and you still have not received your order please email us at charley@sassypantsthelabel.com with your order number and we will be happy to help!

Once the order has been placed you will automatically get a confirmation email to the email you provided at the checkout. If you haven’t received one please check your junk! Once the order has been completed you will receive a dispatch email with your tracking.

Yes - upon dispatch you will receive a tracking link that will take you directly to the courier’s website where you can track your order.

Unfortunately, once your parcel leaves $A$$YPANT$ HQ we are not responsible for lost parcels.

If your garment doesn’t fit correctly we will be more than happy to exchange it for a different size. We ask that the garment has retained all the tags and remains in a brand new condition IE not worn and you have emailed us within 5 days of receiving the item. We will not cover the postage for exchanges so please bear this in mind when purchasing your garment(s). We DO NOT accept refunds. For hygiene purposes, we do not exchange bodysuits or bikini bottoms.

Once the parcel has left me I cannot be held responsible for delayed parcels as this is completely out of my control. If you have any concerns please take it up with the shipping courier.
